Plan

Any workout, on any day.

The calendar shows every day that holds a workout. Pick a day and you get one card with the workout’s name, where it stands, and the exercises in it.

The calendar for October 2026 with dots under the planned days. Monday the 12th is selected, and its card shows Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat, four sections, and eight exercise thumbnails.

Log

One hand, one line per set.

Type the reps and the weight and the set is logged. Last session’s numbers sit beside the field. Dumbbell weights can be marked per hand. Every exercise has its own timer, and a plank gets a full-screen one that keeps the screen on.

The full-screen timer for Copenhagen Plank (Short Lever), running at 00:32 in large yellow digits now that its target is met, with a Pause button below.

Learn

103 exercises, each with a video.

Search by name, filter by body region and movement pattern, and see your personal best under each.

The Exercises tab of the Library: a search field, a sort by name, a Filter button and 103 exercises, each with its thumbnail, the section and workout it belongs to, and its personal best.

Build

Your own program, checked against the coach’s.

Pick exercises section by section. The app tells you what looks off compared with how the original program is built, then saves it anyway.

The program builder for a program named Core and Legs: Activation holds BOSU 3 Cone Reach and Fire Hydrant Hip Circle, Strength holds Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat and Swiss Ball Stir The Pot, each with its rounds, the usual count and an editable prescription.

Yours, on and off the network.

Built for a written program

A lifting day runs Activation, Strength, Accessory and Work Capacity, in that order. Recovery days run Mobility and Shoulder Rehab. The app follows the structure instead of flattening it into a list.

  1. Section 1Activation
  2. Section 2Strength
  3. Section 3Accessory
  4. Section 4Work Capacity
